- Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct stock stocking activities and organize materials for optimal warehouse distribution and space utilization.
- Assist in manufacturing processes by handling raw materials and finished goods with mechanical knowledge and proper safety procedures aligned with OSHA standards.
- Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining safety protocols, including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of mechanical equipment.
- Utilize AS400 systems and other warehouse management tools to process shipments, update inventory records, and track order fulfillment progress.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in inventory management, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving.
- Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment required for safe operation.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control techniques, warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 platforms.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management and order fulfillment.
