Role and Responsibilities:
Dynamic Advisor Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Investment Operations Associate to support our Asset Management team remotely. This role is essential to ensuring efficient management of client portfolios and exceptional service to our advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in portfolio management processes, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Trading Support: Assist with daily account management tasks, including monitoring client accounts, processing transactions, and executing rebalancing requests.
- Client Service: Provide responsive support for portfolio inquiries, working closely with advisors to answer client questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Data Accuracy and Compliance: Maintain accurate portfolio data within our CRM and portfolio management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review reports for clients and advisors, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and timely communication with clients.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience (or internship) in the financial services industry preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in portfolio management software and CRM systems; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing financial data.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance or business or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Series 65 or similar FINRA license preferred.
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a basic credit and background check; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
