Job Overview
DynaLock Corp. is currently hiring Assemblers for 1st shift at our Bristol, CT facility. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing quality products and can follow established procedures and assembly instructions.
As an Assembler, you will assemble parts, components, and finished products using a variety of hand tools, equipment, and machinery. No previous assembly experience is required—training is provided!
What You'll Do
- Assemble parts and components according to established procedures and specifications
- Read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, assembly instructions, and parts lists
- Position, align, and adjust components to ensure proper fit and assembly
- Perform quality checks and inspect completed products and parts
- Measure completed components to verify specifications and accuracy
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, machines, and assembly equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to read basic drawings and diagrams
- Basic building or mechanical knowledge
- Working knowledge of hand tools and various machines is helpful
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a production environment
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
