Inside Sales Representative

DynaFlex is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and results-driven team player to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative! In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, recommend products, support the sales process, and help drive company revenue through strong relationship building and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and services
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages with product recommendations and detailed information
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotations and managing customer inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Foster strong customer relationships and proactively follow up on sales leads
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, including daily credit card payments
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and item records
• Record and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer care teams to ensure order accuracy
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support company operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus)
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
• Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
• Positive work history with reliable attendance
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
