We’re Hiring: Tool Maker – 1st Shift
Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is looking for an experienced Tool Maker with die mold experience to join our team on 1st shift. About Dynacast
Dynacast is a leading global manufacturer of small, engineered precision components, using proprietary multi-slide die casting technology and advanced tooling techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Repair existing dies and develop, cut, shape, or form metal workpieces to meet specifications.
- Make necessary tooling adjustments and read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Troubleshoot and repair tooling that is not performing to established standards.
- Operate conventional machine tools as needed.
- Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using machine tools and hand tools.
- Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects.
- Follow all appropriate safety procedures/regulations and keep immediate work area clean.
- Additional projects may be assigned by the Engineering Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years of tool making experience.
- Die mold experience.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with multi-slide die casting technology and tooling techniques.
