Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Machine Maintenance

Department: Production

Supervisor: Operations   Manager- Manth

FLSA   Status: Non-Exempt

Summary of Job: The CNC Machine Maintenance technician will be responsible to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our production machinery (primarily CNC lathes, mills and grind operations), and facilities equipment. The CNC Machine Maintenance technician's responsibilities will also include helping to design and maintain PM schedules and performing regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all production and facilities equipment. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Regular tasks performed and outcomes to be accomplished on the job. Other duties may be assigned.

· Work with plant management to design and maintain a preventative maintenance “PM” schedule for all production and facilities equipment

· Perform all preventative maintenance for facilities and production equipment

· Performing major and minor repairs on production and facilities equipment (Mechanical and Electrical)

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machinery malfunctions

· Design, fabricate, replace, or adapt parts as needed

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

· Maintain a professional, clean and safe work area.

· Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · 3-5 years diagnosing and repairing machine tools (CNC Lathes and Mills) or equivalent experience

· Able to read engineering drawings. blueprints and schematics

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Must possess a high level of mechanical ability and aptitude

· Experience with Fanuc controls a plus

· Experience with Robots / Cobots a plus

· Must be able to work occasional overtime

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to communicate and work with others

· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work well under deadlines

· High School Diploma or GED

Salary : $27 - $33
