Position Summary:
The Dealer Development & Sales Representative will maintain and expand our dealer network across the United States. This position involves daily communication with existing dealers, researching and onboarding new dealers, preparing quotes and proposals, and analyzing customer needs to recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with current dealers to support sales and strengthen relationships.
- Identify, contact, and develop new dealers throughout the U.S.
- Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals.
- Assess dealer and customer requirements to recommend suitable equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and technical understanding.
- Experience in industrial or heavy equipment sales (preferred).
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Training & Compensation:
This position requires considerable product and industry training. A commission-based salary structure will be introduced once the candidate demonstrates the ability to independently manage and support new customers.
