DymonCare LLC is looking for a reliable and flexible assistant to help provide coverage as needed in a small, nurturing in-home daycare environment.
This is not a set weekly schedule — hours are offered based on need (staff absences, appointments, ratio support, etc.). Perfect for someone looking for extra income with flexibility.
Typical Coverage Needs:
- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
(Most shifts are shorter and scheduled as needed.)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with infants and toddlers
- Assist with meals, diapering, and daily routines
- Support a calm, safe, and structured environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and responsive (able to confirm availability quickly)
- Comfortable with a flexible / as-needed schedule
- Has childcare experience (preferred but not required)
- CPR/First Aid/ AED(preferred but not required)
- Enjoys working with young children (2 months – 3 years)
Important:
- Hours are not guaranteed weekly
- This role is best for someone who wants supplemental income or flexible work
