Field Director – Dylan Fernandes for State Senate
Dylan Fernandes is seeking a dynamic and innovative Regional Field Director for his State Senate campaign in the Barnstable & Plymouth district.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee field plan and managing volunteer canvassers, recruiting volunteers, and maintaining high volunteer retention rates
- Introduce Dylan to new communities by holding special events and organizing canvasses and phone banks
- Execute social media strategies
- Ensure that key field metrics for volunteers and voter contacts are met
- Train canvassers and phone bankers to ensure high-quality voter engagement
- Help develop and execute grassroots campaign strategy
- Undertake any other campaign-related tasks delegated to by candidate and campaign manager.
Qualifications:
- Campaign Experience: At least 1 cycle of campaign experience.
- Field Operations: Strong background in field management and volunteer coordination.
- Interpersonal Skills: You are adept and managing and building relationships between campaign staff, volunteers, and outside groups.
- Vehicle: Must own or have access to vehicle.
Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the Plymouth & Barnstable district.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
