Dykema is seeking Staff Attorneys to join its National Discovery Counsel team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of California Breach of Warranty experience with a focus on automotive-related litigation. This position requires an extensive understanding of California breach of warranty laws, defending corporate depositions, and handling discovery related motions to compel. Experience handling large dockets in multiple jurisdictions within California state courts and collaborative experience is preferred. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Candidates must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Admission to the California Bar is required. Likely salary range: $145,000 - $175,000. Exact compensation will vary and is fully dependent on years of practice, experience, and skill level.
