Dykema’s San Antonio office is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3–5 years of construction and real estate commercial litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and developing and implementing comprehensive case strategies. Proficiency in drafting various pleadings and motions is essential. We are looking for candidates with exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Admission to practice in Texas is required.
