Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Dyersburg, TN. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality resident care, and guiding our team of nursing and CNAs to success.
This is a full time position.

Job Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (required)
- 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Leadership experience preferred (ADON, Unit Manager, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for team-building and delivering person-centered care

Job Responsibilities may include:
- Assist Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department
- Support staff education, training, and development to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Help monitor resident care and participate in care conferences to promote quality outcomes
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff to foster teamwork and growth
- Assist with staffing, scheduling and daily work flow to ensure adequate nursing coverage
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and infection control programs
