What You’ll Do:

* Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems (water heaters, drains, fixtures, piping, etc.)

* Perform installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs with precision and care

* Provide exceptional customer service—explaining issues clearly, offering solutions, and leaving every job site cleaner than you found it

* Work independently and alongside our tight-knit team to uphold Dyer’s reputation for quality

* Stay current with codes, tools, and techniques—training and growth opportunities provided

What We’re Looking For:

* 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience (journeyman license a plus, but not required)

* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

* Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to doing the job right the first time

* Friendly, professional demeanor—our customers are like family
