Role Description DYER LAND TITLE COMPANY, INC., is seeking full- and part-time candidates for Real Estate Title Abstractor positions and will consider on-site, based at any of our locations in Dyersburg, Trenton, or Ripley, Tennessee, or remote locations based in the West Tennessee region. This position is responsible for researching public records to compile and analyze property title histories, including deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and other encumbrances. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing legal documents, verifying ownership, identifying potential title issues, and preparing clear, organized abstracts and reports for use in real estate transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with title officers, attorneys, and real estate professionals, and meeting deadlines to support timely closings. Attention to detail, adherence to regulatory requirements, and consistent communication with internal team members and clients are essential.
Qualifications
