Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CDL Truck Driver with backhoe, loader, and dump truck operating experience to join our growing team. This position involves transporting materials and equipment, operating heavy machinery, and assisting with septic and excavation projects throughout the area.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering quality work every day.
Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate backhoes and loaders on excavation and septic projects
- Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Assist with septic installation, excavation, and site preparation work
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license required
- T Endorsement is a plus
- Clean driving record
- Wisconsin Clearinghouse clearance required
- Ability to pass all pre-employment medical screenings
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating dump trucks and heavy equipment
- Backhoe and loader operating experience required
- Septic, plumbing, excavation, or utility experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
