Position Overview:
Dyer Bregman & Ferris, PLLC, a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Phoenix, is seeking a Civil Litigation/Business Transaction Attorney to join our team and work closely with the firm’s partners. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of civil litigation and trial experience, along with experience handling commercial transactions, business sales and mergers, and commercial and residential real estate matters.
This position is well-suited for a responsible, confident attorney who can independently manage a caseload while also collaborating effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients. Candidates should demonstrate strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing practical, high-quality legal service tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications:
· Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
· 5-7 years of civil litigation, trial, and business transaction experience.
· Experience with commercial transactions, business sales and mergers, and commercial and residential real estate transactions preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution.
· Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
· Strong working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.
