We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven
Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile statements, invoices, and payments with accuracy
- Ensure timely payments and collections from vendors and customers
- Prepare daily deposits
- Work closely with the service and sales departments to track billing and receipts
- Assist with month-end closing and general ledger reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and organized financial files
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues
- Stock in vehicles incoming from the factory
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in AP/AR, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a dealership or auto service environment
- Familiarity with vehicle inventory processes
