What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist retail and service customers at the parts counter with a smile
- Identify and pull parts accurately using VINs, catalogs, and diagrams
- Special order, locate, and track hard-to-find OEM and aftermarket parts
- Mirror-match components to ensure proper fit, color, and specs
- Process orders, receipts, returns, and inventory transactions in CDK
- Answer phones, provide quotes, and notify customers when parts arrive
- Keep the parts counter tidy, organized, and customer-ready
- Prior experience at an auto parts counter—Mazda, Subaru, or similar preferred
- Familiarity with CDK dealership management software a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—both in-person and by phone
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, upbeat environment
- Experience with VIN-based diagrams (AllData, Mitchell)
- Mirror-matching skills for ensuring aesthetic and functional accuracy
- Enthusiasm for Mazda and Subaru brands and technologies
