What you’ll do:
● Residential and light-commercial service, repair, and installation — water heaters, tankless, boilers, sump pumps, drain/sewer, water treatment, and repipes
● Diagnose and solve problems the right way the first time
● Represent Dye professionally in customers’ homes
What we’re looking for:
● Valid Indiana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
● Solid residential/service experience
● Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
● Pride in your work — we don’t cut corners
What we offer:
● Base pay: $42–$47/hr, based on experience
● Total compensation package of ~$54–$59/hr at top scale — your base wage plus employer-paid health insurance (we cover 100% of employee-only coverage and 60% of family), a 3% IRA match, and paid holidays. Employer-paid benefits add roughly $7–$12/hr of real value on top of your wage.
