Dyco Inc. is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in producing precision metal components used in our products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC press brake machines to bend metal components according to specifications
- Verify part programs and setups using Trumpf software
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
- Measure parts using rulers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Organize completed parts and materials on production carts
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Ability to read fractions, decimals, and basic measurements
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and production software
- Ability to read measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift)
- Comfortable performing repetitive manufacturing tasks
- This is a safety-sensitive position
Preferred Experience
- Previous press brake or CNC machine operation experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools
