Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including water supply lines, drain lines, fixtures, and appliances.
• Perform drain cleaning using hand tools, power tools, and drain cleaning machines to clear blockages efficiently
• Diagnose plumbing problems in residential and light commercial buildings.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repair projects.
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance with local building codes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols on construction sites and ensure heavy lifting is performed with proper technique to prevent injury.
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain work performed, provide maintenance advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.Experience
• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation or repair in residential or commercial settings.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, and the use of hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks.
• Experience with drain cleaning equipment and plumbing inspection cameras is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems is essential for ensuring compliance.
• Familiarity with construction site procedures including interpreting technical drawings and working within remodeling projects.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license preferred (or equivalent experience where applicable).
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives

Pay: $28.28 - $42.00 per hour
