Requirements

1.Job description:

- Lead new program development with major Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

- Communicate with and follow up with the customer and internal home organization regarding development timelines, requirements, expectations, and deliverables.

- Manage customer schedule based on overall customer requirements and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

- Manage and coordinate communication between the customer and the project team through weekly meetings: share development and industrial status, and track open items, including risk assessment.

- Manage project cost to stay within the budget, and plan/monitor/control the R&D budget.

- Maintain and manage the open issue lists.

- Initiate the product change process (customer base) and track it through implementation.

- Drive problem resolution from the beginning to the end of the program.

2. Skills:

- Required: a. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive OEM business

- MS Office proficiency

- Excellent Communication skills

- Preferred: a. Experience with Mechanisms and/ or electric motors a plus

- Validation/ Test experience a plus

- Experience with Teamcenter and CAD a plus

- Knowledge of PPAP and AIAG processes is a plus

3. Personal Traits:

- Open to work in an international and multicultural environment

- Travel Requirements: Frequent local travel required for customer visits:

occasional domestic and international travel as required

to meet customer and internal needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
