Responsibilities of the Jr. Recruiter include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively source and recruit candidates for assigned positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and draft job descriptions
- Post open jobs using Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, staffing agencies, colleges/universities
- Review and source resumes that meet job requirements and conduct phone screens to assess applicant qualification
- Coordinate onsite interviews
- Track candidate activity; provide communication and updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers
- Draft and extend offer letters
- Coordinate and track screening process of background checks, drug tests, and physicals
- Keep up to date on company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed
- Ensure all networking and recruiting processes comply with our company policies and procedures, as well as with all federal and state laws.
- Respect and maintain complete confidentiality related to all correspondence, records, and materials within the Human Resources Department and other duties as assigned to assist the department
- Previous full cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Demonstrate strong oral, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Previous experience using employer job boards and Applicant Tracking System
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook required
