Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Working Conditions: Office Environment and Warehouse Environment (not climate controlled)
Training/Certifications: Forklift experience preferred but not required
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Travel: N/A
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities of the Warehouse and Service Coordinator include but not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Warehouse shipping and receiving processes, and occasional local deliveries
- Putting up stock
- Staging inventory
- Order and transfer picking
- Cycle counting
- Quality Control
- 2-3 years of work experience with Pump Parts, Bearing & Power Transmission products, Safety products, and/or MRO supplies preferred
- 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Regular in-person attendance required
- Strong computer skills preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills
