We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Web Developer to join our Corporate IT team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and integrations that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Application Development:
- Design and implement web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).
- Integration & Automation:
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3), HR platforms, and third-party services.
- Implement APIs and web services for internal and external data exchange.
- Database Management:
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Ensure data integrity and performance across multiple environments.
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Participate in recurring meetings (e.g., App Dev stand-ups, integration reviews) to align priorities.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure coding practices.
- Documentation & Support:
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Provide support for production issues and assist with deployments.
- Proven experience in full stack development using .NET technologies.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Blazor).
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems integration (e.g., Coupa, Workday, Infor M3).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of HR and financial workflows is a plus.
