Summary
The Field Service Technician will repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment, both in-shop and in the field; also, system troubleshooting, field alignment and equipment start-up, maintain company vehicles and shop equipment, accurately and professionally complete all field tickets and job reports.
Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include In-field Repair and Replacement of :

Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include In-field Repair and Replacement of :
- Remove and Replace Pumps and Motors
- Laser Alignment of Pumps and Motors
- Vibration analysis preferred
- Start-ups & troubleshooting
- Mechanical Seal Changes
- API and ANSI Pumps
- Centrifugal and Plunger Pumps
- Must be proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of dynamic balancing a plus
- Must possess a minimum of 3-7 years experience working in the field in pump rebuilding
- Must be flexible, and willing to work both in the field, as well as in a shop environment
- Must possess extensive knowledge of rebuilding centrifugal pumping equipment
- Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
- Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working Conditions: Working in potential weather situations, rain/snow
- Training/Certifications: Ability to perform laser alignments and ability to take vibration readings preferred, but not mandatory.
- Shift Time/Overtime: First Shift with Overtime as required
- Travel: Most job sites are about an hour drive from Denver. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
