As the leader of our Supplier Performance Management function, you will design and lead a global framework to measure, improve, and optimize performance across our IT services operations. This high-impact role will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Strategic Partners and Alliance, Legal, Operations, Delivery, Sales, Finance) and external suppliers to drive accountability, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement. You will bring strategic direction, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment to ensure suppliers meet the evolving needs of our technology-driven business.

Key Responsabilities
- Strategy & Framework Development
- Develop and implement a global supplier performance management strategy aligned with business and procurement goals
- Design and maintain a robust supplier performance management and governance framework
- Establish policies, tools, KPIs, and SLAs to govern performance management across the supplier base
- Optimize supplier segmentation strategies to differentiate engagement by criticality and value
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Build and manage systems to capture, analyze, and report performance data across delivery, quality, cost, compliance, and innovation
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enable actionable insights and early identification of performance issues
- Partner with stakeholders to lead regular business reviews and ensure alignment between performance data and improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with strategic suppliers to foster transparency, collaboration, and innovation
- Lead governance processes, facilitate issue resolution, and serve as the point of escalation for performance concerns
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement (Strategic Partners and Alliance, Legal, Operations, Delivery, Sales, Finance) to ensure end-to-end accountability
- Risk Management & Compliance Oversight
- Implement process to proactively identify and assess supplier performance risks and implement mitigation plans
- Monitor compliance with contracts, SLAs, and regulatory requirements, ensuring audit readiness
- Drive supplier improvement plans and corrective actions in response to identified gaps
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Benchmark against industry standards and incorporate best practices to strengthen supplier capabilities
- Identify and implement process automation and technology solutions to enhance efficiency
- Champion a culture of shared value, innovation, and continuous improvement across the supplier network
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in supplier performance or strategic sourcing, preferably in IT services
- Proven ability to design and lead global supplier performance management programs
- Deep understanding of IT service delivery models, vendor ecosystems, and SLA frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, dashboards, and performance tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using SRM tools and related technologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional or matrixed environments
- Preferred
- Certifications in supply chain, SRM, or risk management
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience working with globally distributed suppliers and culturally diverse teams
