Job Description
The Sr Manager Risk & Compliance will support DXC's complaint, fraud, and privacy compliance governance, and internal control processes. They will provide an independent view of the key engagement controls, service levels and performance data to identify trends warranting attention and intervention.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute detailed oversight plans, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
- Perform complex investigations and reviews of Life BPS delivery environment. Track changes and service levels across the business to identify areas of concern and propose solutions
- Collaborate with leadership and business units to assess and enhance internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and methodologies
- Partner across the organization to provide advice and guidance to address and resolve client concerns
- Analyze third party vendor relationships and develop framework for initial and ongoing risk oversight
- Ability to clearly and professionally create reports and present findings, insights, and recommendations to Director, department leadership, executives, and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulations governing Life, Health and Annuity products
- Typically, 10 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role in risk and compliance
- Proven management experience leading teams and leading change across matrixed organizations
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), or other similar a plus

Salary : $114,200 - $212,000
