Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of architecture solutions for specific projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure the alignment of architecture solutions with business requirements and objectives.
- Assist in defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of architectural decisions on project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and junior staff.
- Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of ongoing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles
- Proven experience in project management or team leadership
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in implementing solutions in an enterprise environment
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees in a relevant field a plus
- Industry certifications in enterprise architecture or project management a plus
