Preferred locations: Plano, TX · Detroit/Farmington Hills, MI · Nashville, TN · New York City, NY · New Orleans, LA: Ashburn, VA · Tulsa, OK Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our SAP practice, with a focus on business process consulting and transformation in the automotive and continuous manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP experience, including Signavio or similar process mining tools, and a strong background in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. In addition, experience in Automotive industry with Spare Parts, PM, Warranty & Field Service and Dealer. Key Responsibilities Lead business process discovery and mapping using Signavio or equivalent tools. Analyze customer systems to identify gaps and align processes with SAP best practices. Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for processing optimization and automation. Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations. Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven assessments. Provide business analyst leadership in Agile and Waterfall project environments. Develop and deliver executive-level reporting using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Perform other duties and job functions, as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of SAP experience in ECC 6, S/4HANA and/or Signavio. Proven experience in business process consulting, especially in manufacturing (automotive or continuous manufacturing operation). Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Excel, SQL, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Ability to travel to customer locations as required. Preferred Qualifications SAP Activate, PMP, or Agile/Scrum master certification. Experience with SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, FICO, QM. Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP BTP, and integration tools. Experience working with global manufacturing organizations.
