Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week. Preferred locations: Plano, TX

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process discovery and mapping using Signavio or equivalent tools
- Analyze customer systems to identify gaps and align processes with SAP best practices
- Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for processing optimization and automation
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven assessments
- Provide business analyst leadership in Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Develop and deliver executive-level reporting using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Perform other duties and job functions, as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of SAP experience in ECC 6, S/4HANA and/or Signavio
- Proven experience in business process consulting, especially in manufacturing (automotive or continuous manufacturing operation)
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with tools like Excel, SQL, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required
- SAP Activate, PMP, or Agile/Scrum master certification
- Experience with SAP modules such as PP, MM, SD, FICO, QM
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP BTP, and integration tools
- Experience working with global manufacturing organizations
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant cloud certifications
