Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the management of the architectural team and project execution.
- Contribute to project planning and implementation.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Support the team in achieving project goals.
- Gain expertise in business processes and technology integration.
- Assist in adhering to architectural standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration
- Strong problem-solving and team lead skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on business or functional architecture projects
- Successful involvement in functional architecture implementation projects
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus
- Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
