- Administer Salesforce, Certinia, and AppExchange applications
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access and security
- Respond to end-user issues and training requests
- Maintain system metrics to monitor usage and data quality
- Identify usage issues and develop functional and technical communication plans to address them
- Partner with management to analyze problems, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with vendor partners to design and deliver integrated and scalable Salesforce solutions
- Maintain enhancement and issue logs; act as the initial point of contact for internal requests, issue resolutions, and trainings
- Implement and maintain complex sales and service workflows, including flows, validation rules, and other automation tools
- Oversee data integration and quality processes
- Monitor and maintain system security and data access policies in alignment with organizational compliance standards
- Support release management processes including sandbox testing, deployment coordination, and change documentation
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support operational insights and decision-making
- Document configuration, processes, and best practices to support scalability and knowledge sharing
- Provide training and one-on-one support to users
- BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience administering and/or developing in a Salesforce environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to test, implement, and document Salesforce system changes independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus

This role offers a compensation of approximately $85,000 / annually.
