The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with installing computer software products, modifying/repairing hardware and resolving technical problems to support our users.

The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with installing computer software products, modifying/repairing hardware and resolving technical problems to support our users.
A Successful Candidate Will
- Assure continuity of the computer system for all system users.
- Install selected software and hardware products.
- Repair PC hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
- Monitor and respond to incidents in the IT Help Desk System.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to users as needed.
- Work closely with IT Technical and Development team members to ensure a high level of user support.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience providing MS Outlook and Office Support.
