What You’ll Do
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding Dwyer Scholars toward success by:
- Connecting with program applicants, assessing eligibility, and guiding them through the process.
- Helping individuals overcome barriers to employment through personalized action plans and resource connections.
- Supporting job readiness by assisting scholars with employment strategies and retention efforts.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with community partners, trainers, and employers.
- Providing compassionate, crisisfocused services when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or equivalent experience.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and social services in the Baltimore area.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
- Bilingual skills (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
