About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team and help drive our expansion. In this role, you will craft precise and detailed estimates using Xactimate, ensuring that our projects start on a solid foundation. You will collaborate closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and our internal teams across both the San Antonio and Austin markets.
What You'll Do:
- Perform thorough on-site inspections to determine the scope of work and damage assessment
- Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates in Xactimate for both residential and commercial projects
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scopes
- Manage approvals, supplements, and change orders proactively
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation to track costs and project details
What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 5 years of experience in the restoration industry
✅ Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2 preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes and building codes
✅ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ A professional communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment
✅ Willingness to travel between San Antonio and Austin (company vehicle provided)
✅ Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2 preferred)
