The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to enhancing the guest experience through excellent service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables.
- Present dishes with knowledge of ingredients when appropriate, elevating the guest experience.
- Assist servers by clearing plates, resetting tables, and refilling beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support team members during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room with ease.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, positive demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
