About The Role
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through account management
- Build consultative relationships focused on understanding and solving client staffing needs
- Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations
- Travel daily to meet prospects, close deals, and maintain client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proven B2B outside sales experience with a track record of success
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel daily between client sites
Preferred:
- Light industrial or staffing industry experience
- Understanding of margin management and sales metrics
- Management experience
