Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fixed Income Trade Support Analyst to support daily post-execution trade activities across a wide range of fixed income products. This role involves close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Custodians, Brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing, settlement, and issue resolution.

The salary range for this position in New York is $49,000 to $77,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fixed Income Trade Support Analyst to support daily post-execution trade activities across a wide range of fixed income products. This role involves close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Custodians, Brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing, settlement, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely post-trade execution processes.
- Manage trade transmissions to custodians, confirm trades with brokers, and oversee settlement processes for various fixed income instruments including:
- Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS)
- Corporate Bonds
- U.S. Treasuries
- Money Market Instruments
- Bank Loans
- Investigate and resolve investible cash discrepancies to support portfolio management decisions.
- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Custodians, and Operations staff.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as system migrations, account transitions, restructures, system enhancements, and testing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field a plus
- 2 years of experience in trade operations or fixed income securities preferred.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with trade management systems and custodial platforms is a plus.
