Role Description
We’re expanding our financial advisory practice in NJ and looking for licensed advisors who want a plug-and-play system with tons of warm leads and full back-office support. No cold calling. Message me if you’re Series 65-licensed or close to it. This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Manalapan NJ or Bridgewater, NJ. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for creating and managing personalized financial plans for clients, assessing their financial goals, and providing investment, savings, and retirement advice. The role includes conducting portfolio reviews, analyzing financial data, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients to adjust plans as their needs evolve. Advisors will also stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while upholding the company’s mission of personalized asset protection and financial security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, portfolio management, and investment strategies
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and conducting market research
- Familiarity with retirement planning, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies
- Ability to stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements
