Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a medium-sized team (6-15 members) to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client relationship management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
- Identify and resolve client and operational issues promptly
- Drive business development initiatives to expand client base
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
- Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to streamline client management
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property and Casualty License
- Active Life and Health License
- Must be located in Maryland
