Schedule:

• Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Monday–Friday
• On-Call: 1 Weekend Per Month
• Travel throughout the NH & ME service area is expected

Requirements:

• 2 years of roofing installation and repair experience preferred
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Experience with residential roof repairs, inspections, and maintenance preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Excellent computer skills and comfort using technology
• Ability to accurately document service calls, inspections, estimates, and repairs
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Relatable and persuasive communication style
• Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Verifiable professional references
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the company's large NH & ME service area

Position Summary:

Join 207 ROOFERS LLC by Dwight and Sons Contracting Inc as a Roofing Service Technician and earn up to $76K annually plus bonuses and commissions while helping homeowners identify, understand, and solve roofing problems. You'll perform roof inspections, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, estimating, and service work while serving as a trusted representative of the company in customers' homes. Core Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs, identify issues, and diagnose needed repairs or maintenance.
• Complete residential roof repairs and maintenance to company standards.
• Explain findings, recommend solutions, and provide accurate estimates to homeowners.
• Build customer trust through honest, professional, no-pressure service.
• Document inspections, estimates, repairs, and customer interactions using a company iPad.
• Communicate with homeowners and the office regarding service updates and next steps.
• Identify additional concerns and coordinate or schedule follow-up work as needed.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Travel throughout New Hampshire and Maine and participate in the on-call rotation one weekend per month.
• Manage time effectively, follow safety and quality standards, and take ownership of each service call.
• Troubleshoot unexpected issues with a resourceful, solution-oriented approach.
