Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospitality Procurement Specialist based in Centennial, CO, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing RFQ's, creating and processing purchase orders, evaluating and liaising with suppliers, and expediting orders. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, managing budgets, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of procurement operations in hospitality projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes.
- Proven experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation.
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software or tools; familiarity with the hospitality industry is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing supplier and team relationships.
