Property Manager – Multifamily Property | Norfolk, VA
We’re a fresh and growing property management company based in Virginia Beach, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated Property Manager to help lead the way at one of our new properties—a 114-unit multifamily community.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about providing top-notch service to residents. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, including leasing, resident relations, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee leasing and occupancy to keep the community full and thriving
- Maintain strong, respectful relationships with residents and vendors
- Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing requirements
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Manage budgets, prepare reports, and keep property performance on track

- Previous experience managing a Conventional property
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of property maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
