Front Desk Associate
Location: Dwell Lake Havasu RV Resort, Topock AZ
Department: Guest Services
Reports To: Resort General Manager
Status: Part-Time or Full-Time, Seasonal or Year-Round
Position Summary
Serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing check-in/check-out services, answering inquiries, and supporting resort operations. Ensures a welcoming, efficient, and professional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using property management system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Provide information about resort amenities, policies, and local attractions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed
- Maintain organized front desk area and secure guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and service requests
- Assist with retail sales, guest packets, and daily reports
Qualifications
- Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of reservation systems required; ResNexus experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
