Dwell Development is a Denver Based Custom Home Builder and Real Estate Development company. We Specialize in higher-end residential construction in the Denver Metro area, with both Infill "scrape" custom home builds, as well as suburban custom homes in surrounding cities of the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom home building projects, and larger renovation projects. We have a very full project pipeline and are looking for a great candidate with at least 5 years of similar experience. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft office type applications, Word/Excel/Email as well as BuilderTrend Software for some project management and client correspondence tasks. We would like someone that brings a great skillset and attitude to the position, inspiring confidence and great communication with our subcontractors and home owners.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
