Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field of study.
- Three years of experience in an architectural design or project coordinator design position.
- Employment experience in building information modeling – REVIT.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop, and MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max, Sketchup or Viz 2006.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign graphic software.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and ability to explain them to junior team members.
- Basic knowledge of sustainability and National Green Building Standard algorithms.
