In a Typical Day, You Will
- Coordinate resident service requests and maintenance communication.
- Manage and track work orders, apartment turnovers, scheduled maintenance, and emergency requests.
- Keep residents informed and ensure timely follow-up on maintenance needs.
- Coordinate scheduling and service with vendors.
- Order and track maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory.
- Process invoices and maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team.
- Assist with coordinating apartment turnovers and Rent Ready homes.
- Support emergency reporting and property safety procedures.
- Build positive relationships with residents, team members, and vendor partners.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for residents and customers.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully.
- Bring a positive, collaborative approach to your work.
- Stay organized, follow through on commitments, and be a dependable team player.
- Work with integrity and take pride in delivering quality work.
We’re looking for:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role; multifamily experience is a plus.
- Experience with Yardi is a plus.
