Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Lead Key Personnel – Logistician III (LOG3)
Reports To: Senior Technical Representative (STR)
Location: 100% On-Site at NUWCDIVNPT Building 47 and satellite locations, Newport RI
Position Summary Lead all materiel management, storage, issuing, expenditures, PPP&M, delivery, and customer service operations. Supervise a team of 10 warehouse personnel while ensuring 100% accuracy in Navy ERP transactions and compliance with SUBSAFE/Level I/DSS-SOC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations (Tasks 4.2, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7)
- Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, kitting, shelf-life management, COSIS, and material expenditures
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure FIAR compliance
- Lead customer service and troubleshooting for all material requests
- Manage Warehouse Movement Forms (WMF) and delivery/pick-up schedules
- Enforce safety, security, and SUBSAFE/Level I/DSS-SOC procedures
Minimum Qualifications (Attachment 9)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Five (5) years demonstrated warehouse experience performing materiel management functions including receipt, issue, Care of Supply in Storage (COSIS), and inventory reconciliation
- Demonstrated experience supervising a team of at least ten (10) warehouse employees
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in DoD Systems Applications and Products (SAP) / Navy ERP for warehouse management
Clearance & Certifications
- Secret clearance required (planned)
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
