Join our team! Full Time, Competitive Pay, Paid Time Off, 401K Plan! We are looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and other duties at DW Properties & Real Estate Management.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Performing work orders, scheduled, preventive and routine maintenance requests on a timely basis.
- Handling project winterization and summarization programs.
- Work in close conjunction with the manager to assure that vacancies are refurbished on a timely and priority basis to reduce turn-around time.
- Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the manager.
- Assist with maintenance of other properties or perform specific duties on an assigned basis as needed for Management.
- Be available on an "On Call" basis when scheduled or necessary in case of emergency.
- Keep grounds and common areas clean.
Job Duties:
- Painting
- Maintaining Physical Asset
- Plumbing
- Light electrical work
- Drywall/flooring repairs
- Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.
