We are building a team that matches the level of our equipment.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring Advanced CNC Operators / CNC Associates who want to work with cutting-edge CNC equipment, including INDEX multi-spindle machines, automation cells, and automated inspection systems. - Work with Engineering to reduce setup time, standardize tooling, and improve cycle times.
- Use automation and robotics (bar feeders, automation cells, robots) to keep machines running efficiently.
- Perform dimensional inspections using standard, complex, and automated measuring instruments.
- Monitor part quality and make offset/tooling adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and automation cells.
- Support continuous improvement efforts around safety, quality, and throughput.
